It’s always a bit nerve-wracking when you are a photographer who is about to photograph other photographers. They know what you’re doing (or not doing) and they already have an idea of what they like when it comes to their photos. During my recent visit to British Columbia, we made plans to meet up with fellow photographer friends Syx and Taryn. When making plans, I asked Taryn if she would also want to do a family portrait session and she basically replied, “heck yes!” I can imagine that since both of them are photographers, they are rarely ever together in a photos with their two daughters. We made plans to meet at Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver where there were cherry blossoms and a great view of the gorgeous mountains. This session was a lot of fun! I loved capturing the big personalities of the girls.
