A Winter Toronto Island Engagement Session

When I scheduled Alison and Jack’s engagement session a few weeks ago, I had to be realistic with them about the weather. For their session, they wanted a wintery one on Toronto Island. This all sounded super dreamy but given that winter has not been a typical one here in Toronto, I wasn’t sure that we would have snow. But over the weekend, we finally got the most beautiful dump of snow and it has lasted! On Tuesday, which just happened to be Valentine’s Day, the three of us and their dog Luna headed to the Island. The sun was out, the snow was fluffy and we had a ton of fun. Alison and Jack have a really great story of how they came to be and I cannot wait until their wedding when we get to celebrate the next step in their lives together.
