How adorable is one year old William?! This little guy brought his parents to the studio recently for a portrait session. He was just on the cusp of walking and was pretty darn proud of himself when he got himself standing up. You may recognise William’s parents as I photographed their wedding in 2011 at the always awesome Art Gallery of Ontario. It is always fun to photograph past wedding client’s again as they continue on their journey together..jpg)

I love photographing families as they are. Forget the perfectly-posed, hands-in-lap, teeth-smile, combed-hair portraits. I love the real ones that show the true expressions and personality of each family member. I love any “imperfections” that come from these portraits because they often give more insight into who that person is. It is incredible to have these images to look back on when the kids are adults. (I recently wrote about the value of images on my .jpg)

So, there may be too many images in this blog post but I couldn’t help it: Ezekiel is TOO CUTE. Him and his parents recently came into the studio on his birthday to celebrate turning the big one year old! You may remember the last time that he was at the studio for portraits when he was .jpg)
